Refund policy
The final 14 days after you receive your item are to ask to be returned.
In order to make a refund,the product should be new,unused,tagged,and in its original box.The receipt or the purchase evidence is also required.
Refund or reshipment conditions:
- You are given the wrong product.
- It is not the color or size that you ordered.
- The product is damaged during transportation.
- The product took a long time to be delivered.
Please note: We only accept refunds or reshipment of goods and do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order,check it.In case it is broken,faulty,or inaccurate,call us immediately and we will correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To give,and take the thing back and purchase the other.14 days cooling off period in the European Union.In case your order is shipped to the EU,you have 14 days to cancel or send it back due to any reason.The product should be unopened,un-worn,still in tags,still in the original container and you require the receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will inform you after we verify your refund and whether the refund is accepted.In case approved,you will receive a refund of your initial payment within 10 business days.The bank might also require additional time to credit the refund.In case it has taken more than 15 business days since we gave the approval,reach us at support@vikingjewels.com.
