Shipping policy
All orders are free of charge in terms of standard shipping. The time is normally 7-20 business days.
We can ship fast with DHL or FedEx in case you require it earlier. The cost is $22 and it takes 4-15 business days.
We deliver by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, ePacket, and PostNL.
The delivery times are approximations. Delays may occur due to customs or other factors that we are not in control of.

Shipping Restrictions
We deliver to the rest of the world except to the following countries: Algeria, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia, Venezuela.
Address Changes
You may update your shipping address either before we submit the order to the carrier or before the shipment. In case the new address alters the shipping price, you will have to pay the additional price.
Once we place the order with the carrier or it has been shipped, we cannot change the address. We can make an attempt to assist by calling the carrier, yet we cannot be sure that it will be effective. Any additional charges that the carrier imposes are yours.
P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses, and Invalid Addresses
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.A faulty, incorrect, or unsubstantiated address may lead to delays, cancellations, or refund.In case an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will only refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping.
Lost Packages
In case your package appears lost, inform us within 60 days after shipping. In case the carrier confirms that it is lost, we will compensate you according to our policy.
Notice: In case you have typed the incorrect address during checkout, we cannot be held responsible of lost packages. Check billing and shipping address twice before placing an order.In case the error was on our part, we will re-send the order at no cost.
Customs & Duties
When your order arrives in your country, it may require import duties and taxes. You must pay those. They are beyond our control and prediction, and you should contact your local customs office to find out.
The handling fee of the customs paperwork is also charged by most couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
All U.S. shipments are liable to custom duties and taxes starting September 2025 and until further notice. We will cover those fees.
Every courier in Canada imposes a processing fee in addition to import taxes. To get more information, refer to UPS Canada.
Tracking Information
After shipping your order, you receive an email containing your tracking number.
In some cases, particularly when it is free shipping, we may not offer tracking.The time to update tracking can vary between 2 and 5 business days by some carriers. In case it has taken over 5 business days without any update, call us.
Will my items ship together?
Due to logistics, products in a single order can be shipped separately, although you selected combined shipping. And in case you have questions, contact us, we are available to assist.
